Butterfly On Prat, Hong Kong

I had a wonderful stay at Butterfly on Prat. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short stroll to the MRT station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. My room was spacious and came with extra amenities, making it a great value for money. On the downside, the portable Wi-Fi device offered could be improved, as it required an extra charger to last the day.

The hotel offers a convenient location with easy access to two metro stations and plenty of dining options nearby at an affordable price. My room was clean and comfortable, although I found it a bit odd that there were no windows. While the staff was helpful, the noise from the surrounding area was quite bothersome, which affected my overall experience. I appreciate the value for money, but the lack of soundproofing was a downside.

I had a decent stay, but it fell short of my expectations when compared to other branches. While the location is fantastic and the room size was excellent for my family, the staff's level of service lacked the warmth and connection I experienced at other locations. Additionally, the ongoing construction made the lobby unwelcoming and inconvenient for guests. Overall, I would say it’s a good option, but some improvements could really enhance the experience.
